Travel around the Cantabrian flavours that can be tasted in each meal of our traditional Asturian cuisine, seasonal cuisine, fish and seafood from the Cantabrico sea.
Our menus include a daily walk around the fish market at the port, and the expertise of our tasty cooking: cod, loin of bonito, squid (in ink sauce), octopus (pedrero), fish of the day from the port of Lastres, red meat… and the always present traditional Asturian recipes: Fabada and Pote
The hotel terrace is a space from which it can be observed the Cantabrico sea force emerging where the landscape is interrupted, originating a sometimes sharp and bright, sometimes misty and mysterious, but always fresh and beautiful environment.
